THE DENTRON BIOGUN & BIOGUN qp:
HIRE-PURCHASE SCHEME

Available to U.K. residents only.

You can spread the cost of buying this exciting new technology over six months without paying any more than the cash price - in other words at 0% interest. The only condition is that you pay by standing order under a hire-purchase agreement.

A hire-purchase agreement means that in theory you are hiring the goods by the month until you make the Final Purchase Payment, when the goods become yours to keep.

FINANCIAL DETAILS (VAT-inclusive figures in brackets)

NB:

 1.   The minimum hire period is 1 month.

2.   There is an initial carriage charge of £25.00 plus VAT = £29.38.

3.   VAT is quoted at 17.5% but will be charged at the rate current at the time each payment is due.

4.   This scheme applies only to the Biogun, Biogun qp and the accessories normally included with them. Any extras you require (such as a carrying case) or any other machines (such as the Painaway) have to be bought separately.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

You simply indicate on the order form how many machines you wish to hire.

You then return the form to us with a cheque for the Advance Payment plus the carriage charge plus VAT at the current rate for the first month's hire, made payable to Dentron Limited. This total for ONE machine is currently £376.00 including VAT for the Biogun and £611.00 including VAT for the Biogun qp. These amounts are subject to change if the Government changes the VAT rate.

Next, we send you a receipted invoice for the first month's hire, a Standing Order Authority and three copies of a Hire-purchase Agreement.

You sign and date all three copies of the Hire-purchase Agreement and return two of them to us, keeping the third for your files. You also fill in JUST THE BOXES ENCLOSED IN THICK LINES on the Standing Order Authority (the name and address of your bank, your account name and number, your signature and the date you sign) and return the form to us.

When we have received back the two copies of the Hire-purchase Agreement and the Standing Order Authority, we can despatch your machine(s) with a fully completed copy of the Hire-purchase Agreement showing that unless you direct otherwise further monthly payments will be collected from your bank account starting approximately one month after we have sent off your machine(s) to you.

Unless you return the equipment in good condition before the Final Purchase Payment is due, the Final Purchase Payment will be collected from your bank account in the usual way and the goods will be yours. You will be sent a receipted invoice for each payment you make.

Please note that should you break the Agreement the full purchase price of the goods (less any money you have already paid) becomes due immediately.

 DISCONTINUING THE HIRE

 Should you wish to discontinue the hire, you must return the goods (at your expense) to arrive before the next monthly payment is due. You should also cancel your standing order. Please note that actual payments will include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of payment, and that hire-purchase is only available to UK customers.
