CapabilitiesUpon receiving your machine at our premises an engineer runs diagnostic tests to determine the problem, the diagnosis is then reported to admin who work out the cost of making the repair, the customer is then contacted, given all of the information and he/she then decides to have the repair work done or not. Generally the repair work is carried out as it is usually a cheaper option than that of purchasing a new machine, however in some cases (usually machines over 8 years old) a repair is not possible due to the nature of the fault and the age of the machine.
